From my research I think it makes the most sense to do Seminyak --> Fast Boat from Serangan on BlueWater Express Island Hopper --> Lembogan --> Gili T --> Fast Boat to Padang Bai --> Ubud. I stumbled upon the BlueWater Express Island Hopper and can't find much about it but it seems like a good option if we are planning both Lembogan and Gili T.

Hi, there are only a few services between Gili T and Nusa Lembongan and schedule varies. “Best” or “Acceptable” is a personal thing. Some think fastboats should be like sailing on the Queen Mary then complain when the crossing is “bouncy”.
On Gili T the area on the west side between Le Pirate and Hotel Ombak nice spot to stay with laidback local bars. NUSA LEMBONGAN. A lot easier being only 30mins away and again fastboat companies will include pickup from Ubud and "southern resorts"

I don’t really like crazy parties but I’d rather have something more exciting than quiet for NYE.The boat departs daily from Serangan Harbor in Bali and stops at Gili T or Gili Air. Most of the fast boats from Bali to Lombok don’t stop at Gili Meno so you’ll have to jump on a local boat from one of the two other islands. The additional 15-minute ride will cost you about 35k Rp. and departure is once in the morning and once in the EkdJ.
